Beau McCue brings a strong background in leadership, communication, and teamwork—skills honed during his years playing major junior hockey with the Tri-City Americans and later at the collegiate and professional levels. His experience as an assistant coach further refined his ability to guide and support others, a quality he now applies to real estate. Prior to transitioning into real estate, Beau gained valuable insight into home construction while working with A&R Fesser Holmes, a local custom home builder. His academic background in sustainable design engineering gives him a keen eye for quality, innovation, and structural integrity in properties.
Ashley McCue, a Tri-Cities native, offers a wealth of experience in management, client service, and real estate administration. With a background in accounting and mentorship from a highly seasoned real estate professional, she combines strong analytical skills with a client-focused approach. Her expertise in organization and communication ensures a seamless transaction process, customized to each client’s unique needs.
Together, we have been a team for over 12 years—both in life and in business—raising our two wonderful children and two beloved Labradoodles along the way. Early Passion Ignited
Beau McCue’s journey exemplifies resilience, adaptability, and an unwavering passion for hockey—a path that commenced on the ice rinks of Missoula, Montana, at the tender age of four. Born on January 3, 1995, Beau’s early years were characterized by the crisp Montana air and the sound of blades carving ice. By 14, his family relocated to Las Vegas, where he honed his skills in the competitive AA hockey scene. His talent quickly attracted scouts’ attention, leading to a pivotal move at 15 to join the Phoenix Jr. Coyotes U16AAA team. Leaving home at such a young age showcased his determination and set the stage for an extraordinary career.
Leadership with the Tri-City Americans
In 2012, Beau’s prowess earned him a spot with the Tri-City Americans of the Western Hockey League (WHL), a team that became the cornerstone of his junior hockey legacy. From 2012 to 2016, he evolved into a leader, serving as assistant captain in 2015 and leading the team’s scoring that year. His final season with the Americans in 2016 saw him don the captain’s “C,” a fitting culmination of his growth as both a player and a person. With 170 points (85 goals, 85 assists) across 270 WHL games, Beau left an indelible mark on the franchise.
Balancing Academics and Athletics
Seeking to balance academics with his love for the game, Beau enrolled at the University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), pursuing a degree in Sustainable Design Engineering. On the ice, he continued to excel, amassing 48 points (21 goals, 27 assists) in 67 games and once again earning the role of assistant captain. After three years at UPEI, the call of professional hockey proved irresistible. In 2019, Beau launched his pro career in the ECHL, playing for the Jacksonville Icemen, Greenville Swamp Rabbits, and Rapid City Rush, with a stint in the SPHL with the Fayetteville Marksmen. His rookie season was a whirlwind of adaptation, resilience, and a taste of the gritty reality of minor-league hockey.
Off-Season Ventures
During off-seasons, Beau remained rooted in the Tri-Cities, working with A&R Feser Custom Homes, a local custom home builder, as well as engaging in rebar work and window cleaning with Sparkling Clean Windows. These experiences honed his work ethic and offered a glimpse into life beyond the rink. However, the COVID-19 pandemic brought an abrupt end to his professional hockey aspirations, prompting a period of reinvention.
Coaching and New Beginnings
In a twist of fate, Beau returned to the Tri-City Americans in 2021 as an assistant coach, bringing his wealth of experience full circle to mentor the next generation of players. Yet, after a year behind the bench, he felt a new calling. Hockey had instilled in Beau invaluable lessons—hard work, dedication, tenacity, leadership, and teamwork—qualities that defined his athletic career and now fuel his next chapter. Alongside his wife, Ashley, Beau transitioned into the world of real estate and created McCue Crew Realty, a venture where he applies these traits to guide clients through the intricate process of buying and selling homes with the same intensity and care he once brought to the ice.

Ashley McCue was born in Provo, Utah, but has called the Tri-Cities home for most of her life. Growing up in this vibrant community, she developed a deep love for the area and its people. A proud graduate of Kamiakin High School—Go Braves!—Ashley continued her education at a local community college before entering the workforce, where she discovered her passion for customer service and building meaningful connections.
Learning the Art of Service & Leadership
Ashley’s journey into the professional world began at Dutch Bros Coffee, where she quickly advanced to a managerial role. This experience shaped her approach to business—instilling in her the values of strong relationships, integrity, and a commitment to going above and beyond for others. The fast-paced environment taught her the importance of communication, leadership, and always putting people first—skills that now define her approach to real estate.

At just 21 years old, Ashley achieved a major milestone—purchasing her first home. This moment was more than just a personal accomplishment; it was an eye-opening experience that reinforced her belief in the power of homeownership.
